Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed for shipping. Please contact us immediately.

  • Once an order has been processed and handed to our shipping partner, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Return & Refund Policy for Food Products
Due to the perishable nature of our products (food items), we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind or taste preference.

  • Incorrect ordering.

3. Damaged or Defective Goods Policy:
Your satisfaction is our priority. We will gladly replace any product or issue a refund if:

  • The product package arrives severely damaged (e.g., torn, crushed).

  • The product itself is spoiled, contaminated, or defective.

  • You receive the wrong item.

4. Process for Damaged/Defective Goods

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at info@anugrahaz.com with your order number and clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product.

  • We will investigate the issue and provide instructions for return (if necessary) or process a replacement/refund immediately.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days after approval.

5. Shipping Cost for Returns
For approved damaged/defective goods, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or arrange a pickup.
