By accessing or using Anugrahaz, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products & Pricing

  • We sell nuts, value-added nuts, rice varieties, and millet products.

  • All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue any product.

  • Despite our best efforts, a small number of items may be mispriced. We reserve the right to cancel orders arising from pricing errors.

3. Account Creation
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities under your account.

4. Order Acceptance & Payment

  • Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order.

5. Shipping

  • We ship throughout India .

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers.

  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
